Recently in Social Sciences with Ms. Pugh and Ms. Robinson, we have been learning about the New Zealand Government and its different branches such as Legislative, Executive & Judiciary. Each of these branches has something to do with the government and they split the parliament into those three parties. The meanings of these words are :
- Legislative - Is having the power to make laws and making sure that they get followed by the people of the community.
- Executive - Is the branch in the government that makes sure people NZ know the laws of the government.
- Judiciary - Judiciary has the power to fine you in court for not standing by the obligated laws and guidelines that we were given by the Government.
