HIIT Evaluation

HIIT

Today we had our last HIIT session. For this HIIT session was busy doing Tap Step, Star Jumps, Push ups and Sit Ups. We have been having HIIT session for about 15 weeks and each week has been very fun. For our warm-ups, we did dances from Fornite, jogging on the spot, walking on the spot and running on the spot. The reason we had HIIT was for research for AUT. Next week everyone in LS2 will have the HIIT test.

HIIT

Today we had a HIIT session. For this HIIT session, we did Sit Ups, Star Jumps, Tap Step and High Knee Sprints. Our energizer this week was running on the spot and walking on the spot. We were lead by Matatio, Tiava, Zane, and Lyric, they did a really great job with their leading by motivated us to try harder and so did Mrs. Anderson by cheering us on. We all wanted to get puffed / pau te hau in our exercise. I can't wait for the next one.

HIIT

Today had HIIT, for this weeks workout we did Push ups, Squats, Tap Step and Star Jumps while we were doing the Tabata timing. During the workout we had some technical difficulties but we pushed on and kept going. We all in the red but two people left, we kept going and there was only one person but the clock was about and at the last second it became red and everyone was cheering and giving each other high fives. We did a really good job this week.

HIIT

Today for HIIT we did warm out for about 10 seconds and we did Waliking on the spot, Jogging on the spot, Running on spot, Standing star jumps, Slow star jumps, Fast star jumps, High knee sprint, Tap Step, Mountain Climbers.

HIIT

Today in the morning we got to do HIIT. What we did for HIIT was some warm ups and than get into our two exercise. The two exercise we had was Push up and Star jumps. What we mostly forced on was doing are push ups right and trying to do star jumps fast. What I really like about HIIT is we get challenged and we push our selves to not stop. What we also did was get into five lines.

HIIT Training

Today was our first HIIT training session for Term 3. The goal of HIIT is to get puffed-pau te hau and also to increase our heart rate. In this session we got to chose the exercises that we were doing for today. We chose to do Tap step, Star jump and High knee sprint. The two people who were leading the exercise for this week session were Matatio and Tiava. We also stood in lines of five to focus and keep in time with the people in front of us.

HIIT

Today for HIIT we were doing split squat, split squat pulse, split squat jump and star jumps. These exercises sound easy but there not. The way to know when your doing the split squat pulse is when you split squat but bounce up and down in the same put the whole 30 seconds your doing it, you can change the leg your putting the pressure on but other than that you stay in the same in spot you where in and just bounce up and down. When we did the star jumps our goal was to get the heart rate monitor  up to red, you had to jump as high as you could and much as you could. Today's exercise was really good because we all got our heart rates into red.

HIIT

Today for HIIT we were squats and squat jumps. Mr O challenged us to put on our heart rate monitors on in 30 seconds and he put a timer on to time us for how long we took.  To get our energy levels up we played a game of " Feno Feno ". We listened to music while we did the exercising so we could get more motivation. We had a stop watch and a speaker. We had 30 seconds of squat's , 45 seconds of rest, then 30 seconds of squat jumps and the rotation went on and on the whole time. Our aim was to get our heart monitors to red so we could be puffing. This is really fun and I like doing it every week.
