HIIT



Today for HIIT we were doing split squat, split squat pulse, split squat jump and star jumps. These exercises sound easy but there not. The way to know when your doing the split squat pulse is when you split squat but bounce up and down in the same put the whole 30 seconds your doing it, you can change the leg your putting the pressure on but other than that you stay in the same in spot you where in and just bounce up and down. When we did the star jumps our goal was to get the heart rate monitor  up to red, you had to jump as high as you could and much as you could. Today's exercise was really good because we all got our heart rates into red.
