PE / Boxing

Today we had our first Boxing session for PE with Pax Patel. This was my first time boxing so every really new to me. For this session, we learned how to stand in the position that we called the " Rock " because if somebody pushes you from the front you will stay balanced and stand your ground to defend yourself. When also learned to Jab and Cross with our partners and the pads and we learned to put of gloves on your cheeks to protect the face. I really enjoyed this session and I can't wait for next weeks.
